We wanted to provide an update on Finexio’s operations amidst the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We recognize that making sure your vendors and suppliers continue to be paid on time is even more important in this time of added stress and uncertainty, and we’re proud to partner with you to make that possible.
Given the nature of our business, we’re in a strong position to continue operating and do not expect the coronavirus to have any impact on Finexio’s products or services. Our team has transitioned to (primarily) working remotely as a precautionary measure for the time being, where every team member has access to the Finexio corporate network and resources. Additionally, we do not expect our AWS hosted infrastructure to be materially impacted by the current situation.
We are here to support you through all regular channels, and you can expect the same level of service and full engagement from our teams. All currently scheduled calls and meetings will be taken remotely through the end of March, but we will otherwise be operating business as usual.
